Within common maintenance and re-torquing was not able to achieve correct preload due to variable friction factors and bolts stayed wrongly tightened and after a short time loosened. Now safety and trouble-free operation is secured and inspection is done by visual check to find out readily actual status and take corrective action if really needed.

Do not forget, that torque is a rotational force that does not provide joint security, it is only an indicator of „how hard it is to turn a bolt“!
